Reverse Horween Cordovan Leather Strap with Titanium Hardware

We're excited to offer these reversed Cordovan straps, equipped with our exclusive titanium hardware design.

This Color 8 reverse side offers all the rugged durability and stretch-resistant-yet-supple nature of Cordovan, with an added unique character to each strap that will patina much more noticeably as you wear it in.

What makes Cordovan so rugged is that it isn't the hide (outer layer). Cordovan is actually from the fibrous flat muscle layer underneath, which is also more waterproof.

This all adds up to a much longer-lasting strap.

Horween marks their Cordovan leather hides with a black stamp. Very few straps bear the maker's mark optimally placed to add a bit of character.

We've hand selected the best of these and designated them in a special batch called Horween Mark.

Interesting fact: When Cordovan leather was initially developed, it quickly gained a reputation for its exceptional durability and strength. As a result, Cordovan became a prized material for military equipment, particularly for armour breastplates and shields in the 16-17th century.
