If you are unhappy with your purchase please return it to us within 30 days of receipt. The item(s) must be in unused, unworn and resalable condition with all original accessories, and packaging. To return a product purchased from Redux under the policy above or under warranty please submit a ticket in our customer care section. From there you can view the order you placed and request a return. Or simply drop us a note at email@example.com. You will be given a return number which must be written on the return package. Please use tracking and insurance to return your item(s) as we cannot be responsible for item(s) lost in the post.
But we know that problems sometimes happen. So, every Redux watch is guaranteed for one year under the terms and conditions of our warranty. In the case of defects covered by the warranty, all components (excluding leather strap and buckle) will be repaired or the watch will be replaced free of charge. If the exact model is not available for replacement, a watch of equal value and similar style will be provided. A copy of the receipt and/or your completed warranty card is required as proof of purchase. A check or money order payable to Redux & Co. LLC in the amount of $25.00 ($35 outside the U.S.) as service and handling fee must be included for all warranty and repair services. The fee is subject to change.
