HONNR Origin
We enlisted HONNR
HONNR is a waypoint, which is a navigational tool used by pilots to chart their flight across the globe. Waypoints are composed of 5-letters and made to be spoken as a word so pilots can quickly transmit their location via radio. This particular waypoint stands just outside Washington, DC and as you probably guessed — is pronounced HONOR.
Because HONOR is a core character trait on which we stand. We hold fast with integrity in the onslaught of cutting corners and “good enough” and instead illuminate the narrow path for those who seek.
Most people think honor shows up in war. But most of us won’t stand on a battlefield. We’ll stand in meetings. In marriages. As husbands. As dads. As brothers in the everyday grit. In private decisions no one sees. Honor is choosing not to cut corners when it would be easier. It’s keeping your word when it costs you. It’s staying steady when compromise would move you faster. That’s the waypoint that actually counts.
