Our exclusive Extremalon (EXTRM) straps are similar to Hypalon, but less rubbery and more matte, with a fine-knurled surface texture — with the same durability, stretch resistance, and flexibility.
I discovered this material when I went in search of a replacement for our Navy Seal Zodiac reclaimed straps.
I don't like the bulk of conventional silicone/rubber straps because I prefer the zero nonsense flat clean feel, which also enables compass fitting as well.
We've added breathable ventilation thanks to the offset laser-fired perfs.
Easy to clean, dries quickly, takes a beating and laughs, sewn with abrasion-resistant thread.
