Refined to the core 3-6-9 hour elements, this dial is driven by diver watch functionality where distractions are stripped away to only essential elements that optimize legibility in murky conditions and aid instant instrument readouts. Zero-Hour is the military term for the scheduled time of a mission.

We selected a classic 39mm size and implemented a date window at 4PM.

Built from premium materials inside and out with scratch-resistant sapphire crystal, which we've coated with an anti-reflective glare layer.

Titanium grade 5, bead blasted and 50% lighter than a stainless steel equivalent.

The uni-directional titanium bezel prevents accidental rotation, and provides rugged precision machined teeth for grip.

This watch is rated to 20 ATM with a screw down crown and streamlined crown guards to protect the movement from external shocks.

The dial is matte black with our proprietary RDXb1 luminous paint that glows a true blue at night, paired with a C3 green second hand and bezel marker.

Our date window cutout is circular to increase visibility of the numeral and add to the overall iconic design, with white numerals on black.

THE COURG ORIGIN: MISSION CRITICAL PILOT INSTRUMENTS, FUSED WITH DIVER TOOLS.

COURG is a way point, which is a navigational tool used by pilots to chart their flight across the globe. Way points are composed of 5-letters and made to be spoken as a word so pilots can quickly transmit their location via radio. This particular way point stands just outside Washington, DC and as you probably guessed -- is pronounced COURAGE.

We chose COURG because courage is a character trait we could all use more of -- choosing to make the right and often difficult decisions even when we know the going will get tough.

This features our exclusive titanium hardware design, now with more refined and stone polished edges to take sharpness down a notch and up the comfort level. RDX logo etched in the buckle and Redux & Co. etched on first titanium keeper.

The American Leather.

Premium American made leather, supple with high contrast thick thread stitching. Hot stamped logo on the strap tail. 

We selected leather from renown Wickett & Craig makers in Pennsylvania. This Wickett & Craig leather is traditionally used for saddles, holsters and sheaths. Skirting leather is painstakingly tanned and drum dyed by hand. These hides boasts a subtle waxy finish from the special treatment. 

Ballistic Nylon + Ti Single Pass Strap

 Say goodbye to generic, clumsy, and cheap strap hardware. You know your time machine deserves better.

We equipped our signature ballistic nylon strap with bead-blasted, exclusively-designed titanium hardware. We machine each buckle from a solid chunk of titanium so that there are zero weak points. No strap spring bar failure that drops your watch into the abyss.

This is an upgraded ballistic nylon material where we incorporate a tighter weave that provides added flexibility and comfort, while preserving the rugged trustworthy dependability.

We make each strap with laser for precision slices that produce a clean finish. Then we sew the hardware on with matching color stitch thread. The strap has a very slight sheen that contrasts nicely.

The single pass strap is the simplest construction, which allows for simple installation and quick-swap functionality. This strap passes right under the watch case. It consists of one ballistic nylon strap piece with a titanium buckle and two matched keepers.

Did you know? DuPont originally designed ballistic nylon during World War 2 to provide lightweight defense for pilots’ and airmen flak jackets to protect against metal shards or debris from inbound munitions. The researchers developed an exceptionally tight weave, typically basket pattern in 2×2. The thread pattern produces durable construction and limited stretch in all directions.
