Cancellation policy

Some products may be offered for pre-order before they are available for immediate shipment. This policy explains how pre-orders may be changed or cancelled.

Pre-orders

When you place a pre-order, you are purchasing an out-of-stock or soon-to-be-available product. Depending on the offer, we may collect the full purchase price or a partial deposit at checkout. If only a deposit is collected, the remaining balance will be charged before the product is fulfilled.

You may cancel an unfulfilled pre-order at any time by contacting us at support@reduxwatch.com. Any amount paid will be refunded to your original payment method.

Once your order has been fulfilled or shipped, it can no longer be cancelled. You may instead request a return in accordance with our Refund Policy.

Estimated shipping dates are provided in good faith but may change due to production, quality-control, or shipping delays. If there is a material delay, we will provide an update using the email address associated with your order.
