Why COURG?
COURG takes its name from the language of courage, with an aviation waypoint reference woven into the origin story. It is pronounced “courage”—a deliberate reminder that meaningful work frequently begins where comfort ends.
The instrument isn't intended to manufacture bravery. It offers a small, physical prompt to make the right choice, keep a commitment and move forward when the way ahead is uncertain.
Why COURG42?
When the original COURG evolved, the name stayed. The watch changed, gaining a 42MM titanium platform and an added time-reference capability, but the purpose behind it did not. A useful instrument should help us act, not distract us from acting.
